Our Services

VIRTUAL IOP

How the Program Works:

Group Therapy Sessions:

Daily online group therapy sessions via video conferencing are integral to our intensive outpatient program. These sessions might cover various topics like coping skills, managing emotions, group support, and relapse prevention.

Process Group:

A specific type of group therapy where clients share their personal experiences, providing peer support while being guided by a therapist to help process emotions and difficult thoughts, is a key component of our partial hospitalization program.

One-on-One Therapy Sessions:

Virtual therapy sessions with licensed professionals offer tailored treatment plans for each client. These can focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic techniques.

Holistic Practices:

The program could also include alternative treatments such as: Yoga: Online yoga sessions that help manage stress, improve physical health, and promote mindfulness. Sound Baths: Virtual sound healing sessions designed to help reduce stress and promote relaxation through sound frequencies, enhancing mental well-being.

Accountability and Support:

Tracking Progress: Regular check-ins and progress reports to monitor improvement through journaling, quizzes, or self-assessments are part of the virtual therapy sessions.

HIPAA Compliance and Confidentiality:

All sessions are conducted over secure video platforms that are HIPAA-compliant to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Data Protection: Personal information, health data, and any recorded sessions would be protected according to HIPAA regulations, ensuring they are stored and accessed securely. Therapist Training: All participating therapists, yoga instructors, and facilitators are trained to handle sensitive information with care, adhering to all privacy standards.

IOP

Sessions designed for individuals dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues are often part of an intensive outpatient program (IOP). These groups offer more intensive services than traditional outpatient therapy but are less restrictive than inpatient or residential treatment. They are commonly utilized by individuals in recovery or those needing support without requiring 24-hour supervision.

Therapeutic Focus:

The focus of IOP groups typically revolves around helping participants address underlying issues related to mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD) and substance use (e.g., alcohol or drug addiction). Common therapeutic approaches in these groups include:

Group Support:

These groups provide a space for participants to share experiences, challenges, and successes with peers who are facing similar issues. Peer support is an essential part of the healing process, as it helps reduce isolation and fosters a sense of community and accountability.

Individualized Care:

While group therapy is a collective process, participants also receive individual counseling sessions to address specific personal concerns or develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with group work. This personalized attention is critical in a partial hospitalization program (PHP) setting.

Goal-Oriented:

The primary goals of these groups are to help participants:

Duration:

The program is offered as an 8-week course but may extend depending on the participant’s progress. They will receive a minimum of 9 hours of group therapy per week and will meet for individual sessions, including options for virtual therapy sessions. After completing the program, individuals often transition to less intensive outpatient therapy or other aftercare services.

PHP COMING SOON

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a structured, intensive treatment program designed for individuals facing mental health issues or substance use disorders. This program is ideal for those who do not require 24-hour inpatient care but need more support than typical outpatient services provide.

Intensive Support:

PHPs are suited for individuals experiencing significant mental health crises or active substance use issues who do not need round-the-clock supervision or medical care. They offer intensive, focused treatment designed to stabilize patients and promote recovery. Additionally, many clients may benefit from virtual therapy sessions to enhance their treatment experience.

Structured Treatment:

PHPs deliver a high level of care and support. Clients participate in treatment during the day, five days a week for several hours, engaging in various therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention.

Integrated Therapy:

Therapeutic options in PHP may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), group counseling, family therapy, and medication management. It’s common for individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use) to receive integrated treatment within the PHP framework.

Duration:

The length of treatment in a PHP can vary but typically lasts between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the individual’s needs and progress. This duration may also align with those seeking an intensive outpatient program for ongoing support.
