Insurance Or Private Pay
If you don’t have insurance options, no worries! We’ll go over our private pay options with you during the admissions process, providing all the details so you can choose the best financial plan that works for your needs. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we’re here to guide you through every step of the process.
Assessment
The first step in our admissions process is completing a brief assessment over the phone with one of our team members. This helps us gain a full understanding of your needs and how we can best support you in your mental health care journey. Once we’ve reviewed your assessment, we’ll provide you with our clinical director and psychiatrist recommendations for your care, ensuring you receive the most appropriate treatment plan along with information about your insurance options.
Admission
Our admissions process is simple and fully virtual. Once approved, you’ll receive a scheduled admission date and time. Before your first session, you’ll complete onboarding and register for our secure client portal, where you’ll access all program information, forms, and resources. This ensures a smooth, connected start to your care.
